Three months of one-on-one strategic support to help you strengthen your marketing, prioritize the right opportunities, and make more confident decisions around DTC growth.

This is designed for wineries that have the ability to execute internally but want ongoing guidance, accountability, and an experienced outside perspective.

Over the course of three months, we’ll focus on the areas most relevant to your business, which may include:

• Email marketing and campaign planning
• Content strategy
• Wine club growth and retention
• Website and customer journey
• Customer acquisition
• Social media and paid advertising
• Marketing priorities, systems, and planning
• Using AI and internal resources more effectively

What’s Included

• Two private 60-minute working sessions each month to review current marketing, make decisions, and build out priorities such as email campaigns, content plans, wine club growth initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, and upcoming promotions
• One 30-minute troubleshooting session each month to work through questions, roadblocks, or implementation challenges
• Email support between meetings for brief questions related to the priorities we’re actively working on
• Review and feedback on up to two current marketing initiatives each month
• Clear priorities and next steps after each strategy session
• Recordings of all calls

This is a consulting and advisory engagement. Execution, campaign management, copywriting, and done-for-you marketing deliverables are not included.
